Health

Working with the double challenge of health worker shortages and rural/regional workforce challenges, this health service provider saw the need to equip their HR team and regional managers with the skills to workforce plan – and with outside expertise to guide and review the process and the plans. Our short-term, high-impact engagement left them with a skilled team and an actionable, measurable workforce plan.
