Positions Vacant - Consulting Team

Strategic Workforce Planning Consultants

Our success means that we need to grow our consulting team with creative, business-focused strategic thinkers. These roles offer the opportunity to work on wide and varied tasks, from management consulting assignments with leading Australian employers, through facilitation, environment scanning, systems design, market segmentation and analysis, supply and demand forecasting, business case development, etc, etc! This is a rich opportunity to build your role as we expand globally.

The person we are looking for will be as skilled and comfortable with spreadsheets as they are with facilitating strategic planning sessions, driving creative thinking, and playing devil's advocate with senior executives. Your background might be in HR, Systems, Marketing, Finance, Corporate Strategy or even Economics - but you will be commercially astute, know that the workforce is a company's competitive advantage, and have the passion to make a difference.

Our ideal candidate has these skills and qualities:

  • tertiary qualifications in business or similar and/or relevant commercial experience;
  • excellent project and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to tie the big picture to the detail;a quick learner of new technology and advanced concepts, with strong problem-solving skills;
  • customer-friendly, with a high level of initiative and enthusiasm;
  • a confident, polished communicator in all mediums and at all levels;
  • a good fit with our core company values of Creativity, Adaptability and Partnership
